Ingredients
- 4 venison tenderloin steaks
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wrap each venison tenderloin steak with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the bacon-wrapped tenderloins for 2-3 minutes on each side until bacon is crispy.

Transfer the tenderloins to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Meanwhile, in the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
