
How To Make Spinach Bacon Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Stuffed pork tenderloin loaded with a bacon and spinach filling is a quick and easy dish that tastes great and looks restaurant-worthy.

Ingredients
- 1pork tenderloin
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspblack pepper,coarse ground
- 1cupfresh spinach leaves
- ¼cupbacon,cooked and crumbled
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- 2tbspbutter
Instructions

Slice just past halfway through the tenderloin and pull it apart.

Coat the pork inside and out in the salt and pepper.

Add the spinach, bacon and garlic to the center of the pork roast.

Wrap the tenderloin tightly with kitchen twine to prevent it from flattening out in the oven.

No need to tie, just wrap then tuck the ends into itself.

Rub the outside of the roast with the butter and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.

Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
