How To Make Cowboy Soup
Soothe your soul and your tummy with this hearty and loaded cowboy soup, made with ground beef, rice, and veggies in a rich tomato broth.

Ingredients
- 2lbsground beef
- 1onion,chopped
- 15ozwhole kernel corn,(1 can)
- 15ozmixed vegetables,(1 can)
- 15ozranch beans,(1 can)
- 1canchopped tomatoes
- 10ozRo-Tel tomatoes,(1 can)
- 1pkgSpanish rice,precooked
- 10½ozbeef broth,(3 cans)
- 8oztomato sauce
Instructions

Brown hamburger and onion together in a large pot over medium heat until well cooked.

Drain well.

Add the remaining ingredients. Do not drain any of the vegetables.

Cook soup until it has heated through.
