Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, green onions, jalapeno pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the baked cowboy dip with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
