How To Make Baked Cowboy Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, green onions, jalapeno pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
