  • 4 Trader Joe’s Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burgers
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burgers according to package instructions.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make the sauce.

  3. Toast burger buns in a toaster or oven.
