- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup kidney beans
- 1/2 cup pinto beans
- 1/2 cup navy beans
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, navy beans, and lentils. Mix well and transfer to a jar or container for storage.

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced carrot, and diced celery. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
