
How To Make Spicy Pulled Pork
This pulled pork recipe is foolproof, delicious, and has a little kick of spice from the smoky adobo sauce and rich, plump tomatoes!

Ingredients
- 1medium onion
- 1tsporegano,dried
- 2bay leaves,dried
- 1chipotle
- 1tbspadobo sauce
- 1cantomatoes,crushed
- 1canwhole tomatoes in puree
- 2tspcoarse salt
- ½tspground pepper
- 2¾lbspork shoulder,boneless
- flour tortillas
- cheddar cheese,grated
- sour cream
Instructions

In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine onion, oregano, bay leaves, chipotle, adobo sauce, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Add the pork; toss to coat with sauce.

Cover, then cook on High setting for about 6 hours until the meat is pull-apart tender. Do not uncover while cooking.

Transfer meat to a large bowl; shred with forks, discarding any gristle. Return meat to pot, then toss with sauce.

To serve, discard bay leaves; if desired, garnish with tortillas and cheddar or sour cream. Enjoy!
