
How To Make SLOW COOKER CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN CHILI
For a light and rich comforting dish, try this chicken chili recipe. It’s slow-cooked to perfection with corn, beans, and lots of cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 2chicken breasts,can use fresh or frozen
- 1canrotel tomatoes
- 1cancorn kernels,do not drain
- 1canblack beans,rinsed and drained
- 1pkgranch dressing mix
- 1tbspcumin
- 1tspchili powder
- 1tsponion powder
- 1pkgfat free cream cheese,(8 oz)
Instructions

Spray Slow cooker with cooking spray and lay chicken breasts in the bottom.

Dump the can of undrained corn, drained and rinsed black beans, and rotel on top of the chicken.

Put ranch seasoning packet, chili powder, onion powder and cumin on top.

Stir to combine and top with block of cream cheese.

Cook on Low for 4 to 6. Stir after about 2 to 3 hours.
