How To Make White Bean and Chicken Chili Recipe
A comforting, hearty chili with tender chicken and creamy white beans.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken to the pot and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the cumin, chili powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir to combine.

Pour in the chicken broth, beans, and diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.

Stir in the cilantro and serve hot with your favorite chili toppings.
