- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, and chili flakes.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until golden brown.

Pour the honey soy mixture over the pork, and add water to the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 45 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
