  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and garlic powder.

  3. Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat both sides.

  4. Let the pork chops marinate for 10 minutes.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
