These slow-cooked apricot ribs are addictive once they are ready. Seven hours can seem like a lifetime, but once you have tried this recipe, you will be willing to wait. What comes out of the slow-cooker is a fall-of-the-bone experience in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. baby back pork loin ribs
  • 16 oz. apricot , preserves
  • cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Spray large slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and place ribs in cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine preserves, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder and then spoon sauce over the ribs.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
