Ingredients
- 5 lbs. baby back pork loin ribs
- 16 oz. apricot , preserves
- â…“ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Spray large slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and place ribs in cooker.
- In a bowl, combine preserves, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder and then spoon sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
