- 4 tuna steaks (about 6 ounces each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or dill)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the tuna steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Remove the tuna steaks from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Stir in the chopped herbs.

Return the tuna steaks to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
