  • 8 oz pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 small cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
