How To Make Shrimp Brochette

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  4. Thread the marinated shrimp, bell pepper chunks, and red onion chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.

  5. Grill the shrimp brochettes for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are cooked through and slightly charred.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
