Ingredients
- 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 sea scallops
- 8 mussels
- 8 clams
- 8 ounces cooked crab meat
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cocktail sauce for serving
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and the mussels and clams open. Remove from the heat and drain.

Rinse the cooked seafood under cold water to cool them down quickly. Pat dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked seafood, crab meat, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently to coat.

Transfer the seafood cocktail to a serving platter. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges on the side.
