Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb of scallops
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse and pat dry the scallops. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in chopped parsley and return the scallops to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the scallops are fully cooked and coated in the sauce.

Serve the scallops scampi over a bed of pasta or with crusty bread. Enjoy!
