How To Make Prawn & Pak Choi Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb pak choi, washed and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook until fragrant.

Add prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Push the prawns to one side of the pan and add pak choi. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the prawns and pak choi.

Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the prawn and pak choi stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
