How To Make Jerk Sea Bass & Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 pineapple, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan.

Rub the sea bass fillets with jerk seasoning and drizzle with olive oil.

Grill the sea bass fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Serve the grilled sea bass topped with the pineapple salsa.
