Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan.

  2. Rub the sea bass fillets with jerk seasoning and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Grill the sea bass fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

  4. In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

  5. Serve the grilled sea bass topped with the pineapple salsa.
