How To Make Raspberry & White Chocolate Rugelach

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, cream cheese, sugar, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it a few times until it comes together into a smooth ball.

Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a 1/8-inch thick circle.

Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam onto each circle of dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts evenly over the jam.

Roll up each circle of dough tightly, starting from the widest side. Seal the edges.

Place the rugelach on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with beaten egg for a shiny finish.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
