Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Dredge each fillet in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place the coated salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
