Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 20 radishes, ends trimmed and radishes cut in half
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over low heat.
- Once butter has melted, add radishes in, cut-side down. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook and stir occasionally, for about 8 to10 minutes, until radishes are browned and soft.
