How To Make Roasted Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Trim the tops off the radishes and cut them in half.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the radishes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and slightly caramelized.

  6. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
