How To Make Brown-butter basted radishes & asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of radishes, trimmed and halved
- 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Cook until it turns golden brown and develops a nutty aroma, stirring occasionally.

Add the radishes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, basting them with the brown butter.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, basting occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the radishes and asparagus to a serving dish, drizzle with the remaining brown butter from the skillet, and garnish with fresh parsley.
