Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Cook until it turns golden brown and develops a nutty aroma, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add the radishes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, basting them with the brown butter.

  3. Add the asparagus to the skillet and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, basting occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. Transfer the radishes and asparagus to a serving dish, drizzle with the remaining brown butter from the skillet, and garnish with fresh parsley.
