- 4slicessourdough bread
- 6slicesturkey
- 2slicesmozzarella cheese
- fresh basil leaves
- 1tomato
- 2tbspmayo with olive oil
Instructions

Spread the Mayo on the back sides of bread and place the back sides together.

Add the turkey, cheese, basil and tomatoes.

Grill in the panini press for about 3 minutes. Alternatively, carefully place on a skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted.
