How To Make Farmers Market Restaurant’s Caprese Panini Recipe
Grilled panini sandwich with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of ciabatta bread
- 8 slices of fresh mozzarella
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat a panini press or grill pan.

Drizzle olive oil on one side of each bread slice.

Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil on four slices of bread.

Drizzle balsamic glaze over each sandwich.

Top with remaining bread slices and lightly press down.

Grill the sandwiches for 3-5 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
