How To Make Vegan Caprese Panini Recipe
A flavorful vegan twist on the classic Caprese sandwich, featuring fresh tomatoes, basil, and creamy vegan cheese.

- 8 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 tbsp vegan butter
- 8 slices of fresh tomato
- 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.

Spread a thin layer of vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.

On four slices of bread, layer the tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves.

Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
