How To Make Mango Salsa Chicken Recipe

A perfect combination of juicy chicken breasts topped with sweet & tangy mango salsa.

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix the chopped mango, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.

  5. Serve the chicken topped with the mango salsa.
