Ingredients
- 6 cups of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms until tender.

Combine spinach, mushrooms, red onion, feta cheese, and walnuts in a large salad bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Serve immediately.
