How To Make Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 cups of mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of mandarin orange segments
- 1/4 cup of crispy chow mein noodles
- For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

In a small skillet, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, chopped green onions, sliced almonds, mandarin orange segments, and crispy chow mein noodles.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic to make the dressing.

Add the chicken to the salad bowl, then pour the dressing over the top. Toss well to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the top of the salad and serve immediately.
