Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 4 cups of mixed greens
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill the sea bass fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, red onion, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine.

Divide the salad onto four plates and top each plate with a grilled sea bass fillet.
