How To Make Sea bass with braised courgettes & harissa mayo

Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 courgettes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced courgettes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the courgettes are tender and lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the harissa paste and mayonnaise until well combined. Set aside.

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat the remaining olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Place the sea bass fillets skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the fillets and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for an additional 5-6 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the fish rest for a few minutes.

Serve the sea bass fillets with the braised courgettes, drizzle with the harissa mayo, and garnish with fresh parsley.
