  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • 1/4 cup Scottish whisky (optional)
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, lightly crush half of the raspberries with a fork.

  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer crushed raspberries, whipped cream, toasted oats, and honey.

  3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

  4. Drizzle Scottish whisky over each layer if desired.

  5. Top with the remaining whole raspberries, toasted almonds, and white chocolate shavings.
