How To Make Quick Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water and boil until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, red onion, and celery. Mix well.

Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and gently toss until they are coated with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve chilled and garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
