  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
