How To Make Mexican Turkey Salad Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the turkey and vegetable mixture, and toss to coat.

Serve the salad in individual bowls, garnished with additional cilantro and tortilla chips.
