How To Make Ultimate Chicken Kievs

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Spoon one-fourth of the butter mixture into each chicken breast pocket.

Press the edges of the chicken breast together to seal the filling inside.

Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat them thoroughly in breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the fried chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
