How To Make Bang Bang Turkey Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz turkey breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- For the sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic to make the bang bang sauce.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked and shredded turkey, rice noodles, cucumber slices, carrot, and cilantro leaves.

Pour the bang bang sauce over the turkey and noodle mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Garnish with chopped peanuts.
