How To Make Moroccan Turkey Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast, cooked and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the cumin, paprika, coriander, 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

In a separate bowl, toss the sliced turkey with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and cook the turkey for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly charred and heated through.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mint, and cilantro.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Top the salad with the grilled turkey slices, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced almonds.
