  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and diced

  • 4 boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, green peas, pickles, and boiled eggs.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
