How To Make Easy Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix well until combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then transfer them to a slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk together flour and beef broth until well blended. Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Stir in the sour cream just before serving.
