How To Make Mom’s Beef Shish Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place the beef cubes in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight if possible.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between the ingredients.

Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
