How To Make Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Crisp on the outside, warm & tender inside, these roasted potatoes with garlic & parmesan are the perfect side dish that you can make in less than an hour.

  • 2lbsred potatoes,cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 3clovesgarlic,minced
  • ½tsporegano
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • parsley,chopped, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl add the olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, and oregano. Toss with the potatoes until coated and lay in a single layer on your baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve with parsley sprinkled on top.
