  • 4 lb. sugar
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 8 oz. honey
  • orange juice concentrate


  1. Cover your ham in water mixed with 4 pounds of sugar and let set for 48 hours.
  2. In a large bowl, mix honey, orange juice, mustard, and brown sugar.
  3. Cover ham with mixture, saving enough to baste twice.
  4. Cook at 200°F for 18 hours and remember to baste twice during that time.
