Ingredients
- 8 tortillas
- ⅔ cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado
- 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Chop the tomato and thinly slice the avocado.
- Sprinkle each tortilla with cheese.
- Top with tomato and avocado slices.
- Fold over the tortilla and place in a sandwich press.
- Cook for 5 minutes and cut the quesadilla in half.
