Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Wash the Swiss chard and remove the stems. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.

Add the Swiss chard leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, approximately 5-7 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Swiss chard and toss until well combined.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Remove from the heat and serve hot.
