How To Make Linguine with Garlic and Olive Oil Recipe
Simple, flavorful, and easy to make linguine pasta tossed with garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Remove skillet from heat, and add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss until pasta is coated evenly with oil mixture.

If pasta seems too dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Sprinkle with salt and chopped parsley, and serve hot.
