- 12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the prawns to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
