How To Make Lemon Linguine with Ham

Ingredients
- 8 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the ham and garlic.

Add the lemon zest and lemon juice to the skillet and toss again to coat the linguine evenly.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the linguine and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the lemon linguine with ham hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
