How To Make Clam Linguine Recipe
A mouth-watering Italian dish with linguine pasta and fresh clams cooked in a delicious garlic and white wine sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 2 lbs of fresh clams
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Prepare linguine according to package instructions.

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil and add chopped garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add clams to the saucepan, along with white wine and chili flakes. Cover and cook until the clams open up.

Remove opened clams from the pan, and continue cooking the remaining clams until they open up.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the linguine and add it to the saucepan with the clams. Add chopped parsley and toss well.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of extra parsley on top.
